I am 23 years old sytomps are white tongue .thorat pain and fever for 1 day .for fever I am breaking paracetamol in half 650 mg in half it's ok .to reduce side effect .How can I heal fast.

Check the temperature.. if fever 99 degree or above can take tablet paracetamol 500mg.. if fever is persistent consult online
