Catarrh and cough for a six months old

Actually whooping cough is pertussis and it is a diagnosis made when we auscultate the chest.
What signs you may look are fast breathing and chest indrawing while breathing.If child is feeding well and above signs of respiratory distress are not there no need to worry
Start maxtra syrup 2.5 ml thrice a day and nasoclear drops one drop each nostril 4 times a day if nasal blockage present.
