Today a small kitten has scratched my mom's leg but there is NO mark NO pain NO blood NO injury. Does she need to take TT injection?? please let me know.

2. Apply povidone-iodine or chlorhexidine antiseptic.
Anti rabies vaccine should be administered if cat’s vaccination statusis unknown.
Td/tdap should be administered if not taken in last 5 years
