Rabies can only spread via direct contact between infected animal fresh saliva to a bleeding wound. In your case there is no direct contact. So no need to worry. If you have anxiety issue then nothing wrong in getting antirabies vaccination.

There is no real risk of rabies from eating in a plate licked by a cat, especially since it was washed, as the virus does not survive well outside the body and transmission through food is extremely unlikely—even with small cuts in the mouth—so there is no need to worry; regarding the intradermal booster, both 0.1 ml and 0.2 ml doses are correct depending on the vaccine type/brand, so you should follow the specific vaccine protocol used, and overall you are safe.
