Risk of Rabies
“Today my leg accidentally touched a street dog. I did not touch the dog intentionally — my leg just brushed against its body. The dog had an open wound near that area, and the wound looked reddish-white with some fluid coming out. My skin was completely normal and I did not have any cuts or open wounds. The dog did not bite or scratch me. I washed the area afterward. I am worried about the risk of rabies from this contact.”

No need to worry. Rabies spreads only through dog's saliva. Also if you do not have any open injury, it is not a problem.

Rabies can only spread via direct contact between fresh saliva to a bleeding wound. It can spread by other routes. So no need to worry

Rabies spreads only through a bite, scratch, or saliva entering broken skin or mucous membranes. Your skin was intact, there was no bite or scratch, and you washed the area afterward. No rabies vaccine is needed
