Hi i am male 36. Height 5:7 weight 90 kg I live alone and I have a habbit of smoking from last 15 years alcohol very minimum. Food out side. I am attaching my recent blood reports. When I climb stairs mujhe saans foolne lagti hai. But when I work or walk even 5 km or doing exercise I don't feel any issue even my parents don't have any past issue related to heart. So why this happening to me is it related to heart.
