Depending of hearing loss How much he is having How much severe is vertigo Or better fr bed rest with Stemetil 5 mg bd Vertin 24 mg bd For tinnitus …pta is mandatory Once vertigo is stoped Dnt give tea caffeine Smoking avoided compltely Give bed rest fr 5 days
