Good morning sir
I am Dr Devesh as I understand what you have said is that you had an tibial bone fracture which was operated and it's been ten years now but still have problem in moving the ankle
Well what I would like to know further is after surgery did you not move the ankle if so for how long
Get an x rays done to see the bony status
If all of fine then you have physiotherapy as rehabilitation exercises to be done
If you want further answers kindly provide me with more details
Next Steps
first step would be get an x Ray of the ankle ap and lateral views
