Cant move my ankle after tibial surgery
My tibial bone was frectured before ten years and after nail implant my ankle wasnt moving .. by the time it is improved but still i cant move it properly . i asked to physiotherapist and he said your muscles are stiffed . plz tell me what to do

I am Dr Devesh as I understand what you have said is that you had an tibial bone fracture which was operated and it's been ten years now but still have problem in moving the ankle
Well what I would like to know further is after surgery did you not move the ankle if so for how long
Get an x rays done to see the bony status
If all of fine then you have physiotherapy as rehabilitation exercises to be done
