Cannot stop mind chatter

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have recently gone through a breakup where I ended up losing my virginity just a week ago and a worked in a humiliating environment for 5 months (Jan-May). I cannot forgive myself for the sin I did as the guy abandoned me after that and I am not able to overcome it. I used to get headaches in December and I was prescribed Clonazepam.
