Cannot concentrate,Sleepless nights

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I've made my way to IIT with most difficulties.In IIT my concentration levels dropped to the bottom.I've had a heart break for a girl,may be its hurting me a lot,keeping me awake all night,even it makes me cry many times.I don't if this is the reason for my problem,i've read many articles about stress and depression but its not help full.pls help
