Recent Endoscopy outcome - Acute Gastritis, Candidiasis. How candidiasis can be caused in stomach ?

It is rare to find esophagitis in stomach , u might be having this in esophagus And it is common in diabetics or patients of GERD in PPI Unless u treat root cause , it ll recur
