CANCER PAIN IN CHEST AND STOMACH TOO
I have ulcers on top of my tongue. I am smoking for past 5 years. Is this early sign of any kind of cancer. There is a constant pain in my body parts and I am a right feeling pain in my chest and heart area.

You seem to be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits. It's unlikely to be related to cancer but it's safer to undergo all the clinical and lab tests
