Did radiotherapy at Hubli for a month time , adviced tablets and gargling powder daily but cant eat with mounth feeded by the pipe. please advice is there is any solution

Radiation therapy is effective only till stage III in most cases. If stage IV, residual disease after radiation, non function larynx surgery with appropriate reconstruction is the treatment

Please share details of the illness and treatment received. Patients do complain of dryness after radiation as the salivary glands dry uup. Feeding should gradually improve.
