There is no serious risk in combining atomoxetine and propanalol. There are minor interactions between both the medication in which they can counter each other's effect in some ways. Atomoxetine is very commonly used for ADHD and propanalol used sometimes by clinicians to control anxiety, anger and behavioral problems. However, dose of propanalol needs to be kept in mind as higher doses can reduce blood pressure. Methylphenidate, bupropion, venlafaxine and other antidepressants can also be combined with atomoxetine for ADHD.
