Can't Understand Problem of which organ
Facing Severe Concentration and Memory Issues.Tingling in Hands and Feet(mostly here and painful).
Even Stomach Central nerve feels like Tingling(Strongly).
Urinary Pressure not much felt.Weakness of Muscles and Hips,Pelvic region.
Dont feel energetic and Fresh in Morning.Can't sleep deep in Night.Sleepy in afternoon.
Pooping is not Complete at Once.Have to go every Now and Then.Specially after Eating Anything.(Pressure for Poop and Urinating).

You should go to a Psychiatrist.
Normally I send a patient to a Psychiatrist as the last resort, when I have confirmed in my mind that the patient has no physical problems with any organ.
But in your case it is different.
It seems that no organ is working properly . And you are still alive.
So let the Psychiatrist start the job. Let him say first that there is nothing wrong with you Psychiatrically.
