I'm currently overweight and will soon near to obesity. I've tried cutting off junk and gyming but can't see difference. Recently I took a gap of a moment from gyming and my weight increased by 6-7kgs. I have acidity, constipation and irregular sleep pattern. I just need a better idea of a good diet. Help
