I am a fitness trainer .one month back i was holding pad for boxer for his boxing training he punch on pad and I got hurt in shoulder . now I am in pain from one month I can't do single push up and many pushing movement like bench press and shoulder press chest fly .plzz advise me what should I do , go for physiotherapy or MRI ,

Hi , you got probably impingement syndrome. Better to see orthopaedician first then do physio - cuff exercises if not settling need to have MRI then might be injection in subacromial space. Most of these symptoms will settle with cuff exercises.
