Can't afford formula
My sister is having 3 months old baby she has no breastmilk doc is suggesting nan pro but she can't afford it and she can't afford any formula as well not even lactogen..what can she feed her baby if there is no breastmilk nor afford any formula?

Breast milk is superior source of nutrition. Low or absent breast milk can be due to 1.improper food intake 2.excessive stress However establishing secondary lactation would help in this situation. Requires in person consultation for detailed guidance on it

You can give cow milk undiluted  either amul or fresh after boiling.

Continue breast feeding only then You can give either Breast milk or formula feed. No other milk can be given like packed cow milk or buffalo milk
