Can start cow milk for 4 months baby ??
Hi my age is 34 yrs and my son is 4 months
My milk supply is getting low can i give pure cow milk to my baby as he cries lot and how much Do i need to mix water dont want to give formula pl advisethanks

If you don't want to give formula (which is highly recommended) and are stuck upon giving cows milk, then you should not mix any water in the milk. Observe the baby's stools for a few days. If the urine output reduces or constipation develops, you can offer boiled and cooled water in between feeds. But not mixed water in milk as that will dilute her calories.

It is not suggested to start cow's milk till the age of one year. If required one needs to start formula feed if required.
Breast milk is best for the baby.
