As she is a Diabetic and Hypertensive, should monitor her Blood pressure and Blood sugar levels. Changes in pressure and sugar levels too can cause giddiness. If she has any history of Cervical problem she can continue vertin as previously advised.

If dizziness is more can put cervical collar, Avoid bending down and looking up suddenly. Have adequate sleep.
