My mother is a diabetes n bp patient.. Can she take vertin for giddiness, dizziness(chakkar aana) . If yes, how much mg n dose can she take??

As she is a Diabetic and Hypertensive, should monitor her Blood pressure and Blood sugar levels. Changes in pressure and sugar levels too can cause giddiness. If she has any history of Cervical problem she can continue vertin as previously advised.
Next Steps
If dizziness is more can put cervical collar, Avoid bending down and looking up suddenly. Have adequate sleep.

your mother can take vertin at 16 mg twice a day. But the treatment depends on cause of vertigo. Better to consult a neurologist or ENT surgeon.
