Can knee pain be relieved with tablets

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Hi I am 38 year old male and I had a recent fall from the bike, post the fall I am having little pain in my knee. I don’t think there will be any major injury as the pain is there only sometimes. Kindly suggest some tablets so that I get relief when the pain comes.
