I am having a lot of hair fall since past few years inspite of a good hair regimen and fairly good diet though lately I have become lactose intolerant and hence avoid Milk. Around this pandemic I don't want to do a blood test, but Is it safe for me to take Livogen / any other iron tablets without tests. Any other supplement that would help?My periods are regular and normal and I also have a regular weight of 50kg for my height of 5'4".
