Consult an experienced Physiotherapist for your proper assessment and diagnosis. Mostly if you have not met any accident or fall then it maybe due to excessive loading on certain tissues because of wrong posture. U would not want to worsen your spinal tissues and symptoms.

Yes you can take twice a day. But depends upon you pain scale. If it is higher in range than I would suggest you to take rest. Apply hot and cold therapy for twice a day.  Get consulted with a physiotherapist.

Yes you can but it is important to find the cause for your low back pain I.F.T will help you in reliving pain but cause of the pain should be evaluated
