Can I take Ebast DC after Bilashine 20?
I had a stapedectomy in my right ear on Jan 14, 2025 and hearing seems to be improved as of today. From February 3, 2025 after getting exposed to high wind I started feeling my left ear is clogged and continuous ringing sound causing pressure in my ears and also on eyes (mild) and making me tired soon. My surgeon had prescribed Bilashine 20mg tab for 7 days ( only for night), Duonase F and Naseline spray twice daily, but these didn't work even after 7days. Unfortunately, my surgeon is not available even on phone and consulted another doctor. Can I take 'Ebast DC' prescribed by another doctor (only for night)  and continue nasal sprays for another 7 days?

Yes , you can continue the medications prescribed by your doctor along with steam inhalation. If the ringing sound still persists I suggest you get a pure tone audiometry done to know the cause of ringing in ear.
