Can I take allergy mesons post vaccine

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Hi, I have recently got my first dose of vaccine. I usually take teczine as food allergy medicine to avoid itching and rashes. I am not taking the teczine now as I am not sure if it's good or not. Please can someone suggest.
