Dear mam Discomfort while passing urine and increased urge can be due to urine infections. Please see your doctor immediately for treatment. If possible get a urine test done. Please do not stop medication without consulting your psychiatrist. Regards Dr Ankita Mishra

Consult your doctor immediately and report your problems. Always urging for urination may be due to Urinary Tract Infection. Also check for this.
