Can I have pregency this month pregnancy

I have no left tube because ectopic pregency. My this month day 12 ovulation study (TVS) right overy report multiple small follicles present in right overt. Largest Measures 1.19cm, 0.78cm,0.81cm,0.53cm. And my left overt report is multiple small follicles present in left overy. Largest Measure 2.25cm,0.77cm,0.71cm,0.94cm and endometrial thickness is 0.34cm. It's possible in this month pregnancy?
