Can i give her 2.5 ml after 1.5 hour

My duaghter is 2.5 yrs old and her weight is 13 kg She is having fever 102.4 F and I gave her 2.5 ml crocin syrup 1.5 hour before but fever is still constant. Can I give her 2.5 ml again now
