I have been facing some tenderness on the buttock cleft, no signs of pilonidal but i feel fluidy under the skin and when I palpate the sacrum cornu, below that I feel a very small cyst like or something.
Can ultrasound reveal or ruleout pilonidal cyst/tract/disease? Please guide me.

The symptoms that you say are mildly indicative of a pilonidal abscess which can eventually turn into pilonidal sinus.
