Can i eat from both ends?

Its been 3 days since i visited for tooth extraction. My query is can i eat from both ends now or still have to use the other side only? 2. Can i eat chapati's and all or still it needs cold things? Please confirm

You don’t need to specifically eat cold food .. u can have food that is warm too , not hot either .. based on your comfort in chewing you can go for food either soft or hard kind but make sure to keep the extraction site clean till it heals completely . You can do warm saline gargle too.
