I am writing to seek your advice regarding my wife's ongoing issue with her upper left wisdom tooth. She has been experiencing severe, on-and-off pain in that area for the past few days, which was initially unbearable. As she is currently in her second trimester and also on Ecosprin, we were advised to wait a few days before proceeding with any dental procedures.
The pain has now decreased and is no longer as intense as before. Given this change, we are unsure whether the extraction is still necessary at this stage or if it would be advisable to wait and monitor the situation further.
We want to ensure the best and safest course of action for both her and the baby. I also have attached the Xray for your reference. Seek advice on what could be done.

Hello,
Though her pain must have decreased. There are chances that it may recur after sometime, probably with a swelling, which would require antibiotics which are generally avoided during pregnancy as well as lactation.
Consult your gynaecologist regarding the extraction procedure if the dosage of the Ecosprin needs to be adjusted prior to the procedure.
Next Steps
Consult your gynaecologist and your dentist to guide you to get the tooth extracted.

Hello
3rd to 6th month period of pregnancy are safe for dental procedure
If you are willing to get it extracted then can go ahead or else can postpone but the pain episode can't be predicted
Most of the time second trimester is considered safe for treatment but considering its wisdom teeth , sometimes needs for surgical extraction too so it's better to postpone any invasive procedure and plan it after delivery.
Hello
It’s always recommended to wait if you can until delivery of the baby to go for extraction
If it’s really an emergency to extract the wisdom tooth then second trimester is recommended
