Can I control diabetes without medicine
I have been suffering from diabetes since 4 months and I have been advised to use glycomet gp1 . earlier my glucose levels were around 300 to 350 after using medicine it came to 160 post lunch, but after using that tablet I was suffering from acidity , weakness so I stopped taking tablets and I have started taking small meals for every 2 hours. now my sugar level is 150 post and 110 fasting and regularly I am checking my sugar level which is under control is it must for me to use medicine?

You are doing great by managing your sugar control with diet alone. You may add regular exercise to it. But diabetes is a progressive disease and with advancing age you would need medicines to control it. Whatever method may u use for sugar control but keep your HbA1C below 6.5%
