Can a puppy bite be unnoticed
About 5 months ago, a stray puppy came near my feet and went back. Could it happen that the puppy bite went unnoticed? There was no pain and no blood. Does one need treatment in this case meanwhile i am getting very nervous ?

It is very unlikely that you got bit or got rabies as since 5 months back you would have developed symptoms of rabies by now. So you don't require any treatment as of now.
