Can a breastfeeding mom take paracetamol
Dear Sir/ Madam my wife devilvered a baby last week present now suffering with fever ,can she use Combelfam / Solo 650 or not. Kindly suggest the medican while head take or normal fever {Only for first Aid purpose i am asking ..} Thanking You ..

Yes. Paracetamol is safe during pregnancy and Lactation so it can be consumed. Combiflam contains ibuprofen along with Paracetamol which may lead to bleeding so better to avoid it

Dolo 650 or paracetamol is safe to be consumed during lactation. Combeflam has ibuprofen, which is an anti inflammatory drug. There is no need to take it for a simple fever.

Fever within a week of delivery could be a sign of an infection related to delivery. Please contact your OBGyn if fever is persisting.
