Calcium Tab cause Hepatic Calcification?
Recently I did an abdomen USG and there it was found that- Eechogenecity seen in liver, S/O hepatic calcification. The doctor told me it is nothing to worry about and no treatment needed as of now. I have joint issues for which I take calcium tablets. I want to know that is the calcium tablets causing hepatic calcification? What is the cause of the hepatic calcification? Can I continue to take the calcium tablets for my joint issues without worry of increase in hepatic calcification? Pls advise.

It's safe to take calcium tablets as it generally doesn't causes hepatic calcifications... There's no need to worry about it...
