Calcium supplement
I have a zinc and a vit d 3 supplement for my 2 year old toddler. My pediatrician had prescribed one calcium supplement also. I cannot find the prescription, can you please suggest me a good calcium supplement for him? It's was not CALCIMAX because he has constipation because of that syrup. It was a tasteless, smell-less transparent syrup. I'd be grateful for your help. Thank you very much.

Calcium is usually doing constipation and sometime gas trouble
It's a common side effect.
To minimise it give the dosage at night
You can use caldikind p or osteocalcium both are in different flavours.
