Hi Sir/Mam, My blood calcium level is 10.11 mg/dl I have a problem of vitamin D Defficiency Taking Rejunex CD3 where calcium carbonate 500 mg Pls suggest I should take this medicine or not asking to avoide hypercalcaemia Note:My D3 level is 12

Both the Calcium and Vitamin D levels are within normal limits. Need not take any suppliment. Exposure to early morning Sun daily for about 1 hour will enhance the vitamin D levels. Drink a glass of milk daily.
