Calcification, Granulomas
This is regarding my sister. She got her ultrasonography done of abdomen and pelvis. There were two findings. Firstly, small intramural fibroid. And secondly, two foci of calcification in right lobe of liver s/o healed granulomas. What should be the course of action and is there anything alarming about the report?

Liver calcifications are okay. The fibroid can get bigger in size and then pose a problem which can only be cured by surgery. Kindly take a consultation to start the treatment by medicines when it can still be treated. For more guidance take a paid instant consultation. Hope that helps.
