Calcareal spur
From past 3- 4 months I m suffering from severe heel pain due to calcareal spur. From past 2 months I m on ayurvedic medicines like kaishora guggulu tablets, Chandraprabha tablets , punarnavadi kashayam and varnadi kashayam. Also I apply Rhukot liniment, murivenna and veliya marma tablets( soaked in rice water nd applied on heel at night and cotton dipped murivenna above it nd tied) But it's not really helpful. My pain is still there nd sometimes it's much more. Am I on right medications and if yes then why am I still having pain. Pls help.

Local karm like leech therapy or raktmokshan or viddha karma and agnikarma will be beneficial Correction in diet and daily routine is very important factor for treatment according ayurvediy way then only you can get permentaly relief not only by taking ayurved medicine only most of times

U take some hot fomentation or a panchakarma therapy in an ayurvedic center.only medication is not sufficient I feel.
