Hello I am breastfeeding mom of 14 month boy . I breastfeed my baby only night 2 times .I suffering from runny nose and cold can I take  c10 cold & total tab .isit  safe during breastfeeding

This tablet contains Levocetrizine, Phenylephrine. While Levocetrizine is safe, Phenylephrine effects on the infant are not known yet. Better to avoid this tablet.
Next Steps
You can instead take plain Levocetrizine 10mg tablet once a day after food in the Evening. Take steam inhalation 1-2 times a day. Hydrate yourself with plenty wate rand liquids.
