Hi case about my fiance 38-Male-unmarried-diabetes been having chest pain and took angiogram. Risk factor : DM Impression: left main disease triple vessel coronary artery disease Left coronary artery:left main:70% lad: type lll vessel has 70% ostial & 95% prozimal segment lesion. Distal vessel is graftable D1 has 70% ostioproximal lesion, d2,d3 normal Lcx : nondominant has 60% ostio om 1 thin vessel and deseased. Right coro artery: rca: dominat 70 prox& 80 distal Pda, plb graftable. CABG
