Can i talk to my doctor about considering buspirone for anxiety(hypochondriasis) since I am suffering from bipolar mania no depression
Currently I am on lithium and risperidone.

Is your diagnosis bipolar or hypochondriasis? They usually don't coexist. Plus you are also reporting anxiety which could be a part of bipolar or plain anxiety or depressive episode. Kindly reconsult your Psychiatrist or see a new one and then plan buspurone with them. I wouldnt advise it at this stage.
