Bursting sensation
I get bursting sensation when i do mental calculation like i am holding my breath. Please help me what do i do i am taking ssri but it has done nothing

Then the medications need to be revised. Consult an astute psychiatrist. Adding a low dose d2 blocker to the ssri or modifying the dose would relieve these symptoms. Good luck.
