Yes, a mild burning sensation on the first urination after a nocturnal emission is quite common and normal. Small amounts of seminal fluid can remain in the urethra after ejaculation, and this can cause slight irritation when urine passes through — particularly the first time after waking up when urine is also more concentrated from overnight. This typically settles completely after the first urination or two of the morning.
Next Steps
There is nothing to worry about — drink a glass of water to help flush and dilute. If the burning persists through multiple urinations throughout the day, or if you notice discharge or unusual odor, then see a doctor for evaluation. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Yeah, its normal because of residual semen arrest in urethra and that's causing irritation and burning during micturition.

An occasional burning sensation during the first urination after a nocturnal emission (nightfall) can occur and is usually due to transient urethral irritation from residual semen. If the burning was mild and has resolved after passing urine and drinking fluids, it is generally not a cause for concern.
Next Steps
However, if the burning persists, becomes recurrent, or is associated with symptoms such as increased frequency of urination, urgency, fever, urethral discharge, genital sores, or recent unprotected sexual exposure, further evaluation including a urine examination may be required.
Health Tips
Stay well hydrated and monitor your symptoms. If the discomfort continues beyond 24–48 hours, Do consult  for a detailed assessment

Physician’s Answer Yes, a mild burning sensation during the first urination after a nocturnal emission (nightfall/wet dream) can be normal and is usually not a cause for concern. After ejaculation, a small amount of semen may remain in the urethra (the tube through which urine passes). When you pass urine for the first time afterward, the urine can briefly irritate the urethral lining, causing a slight burning or stinging sensation. This is more likely to be normal if: * The burning was mild. * It occurred only during the first urination. * There is no fever, penile discharge, blood in urine, or significant pain. * The symptom has already improved or resolved. What to do * Drink adequate water throughout the day. * Observe for the next 24–48 hours. * Maintain good genital hygiene. When to see a doctor Consult a physician if: * Burning persists beyond a day or two. * You develop frequent urination, urgency, fever, or lower abdominal pain. * There is discharge from the penis. * You notice blood in urine or semen. * The symptom recurs repeatedly. Based on your description—18 years old, nocturnal ejaculation, and slight burning only during the first morning urination—this most likely represents a temporary and benign post-ejaculatory urethral irritation, and no medication is usually required. However, if symptoms continue or worsen, a urine examination should be performed to rule out a urinary tract infection or urethritis.
