Burning sensation while pee

Hi, my younger sister is having burning sensation while urination. The urine is clear and she has to go for urination many times a day. She is feeling uncomfortable. Please suggest what can be done.

Get urine examination and get back to me, ask her to take plenty of water and if urine has pus cells, we may have to treat urine infection after giving for culture and sensitivity
