Burning sensation under skin

My skin feels like it's burning from the inside. Sometimes its warmer from the outside as well. I don't have fever though. My palms and foot are also warm most of the times.

My question is that for how many days you are having burning sensation? This can be because of any allergic reaction and infection.Don't go in direct sun light. If you feel that you are allergic to something you avoid that.
