Burning sensation on tongue
I had my gallbladder laproscopy done in Jan this year. Taking thyroid medicine 75 mcg daily. Let kft all reports are ok, only hemoglobin is low, 9.8, and vit. D, vitamin b12 deficient. From past few days, I have been having a burning sensation on the tongue (tip side), and in throat sometime. No ulcer but feel like dryness in mouth, redness, acne on chin area. What

It's more likely due to vit deficiency..
U can take up multivitamin tablets once daily..
And then can recheck the thyroid levels..

Hi as per ur history, some patients who undergo gall bladder removal might get deficiency of fat soluble vitamins like vitamin A, D,E,K so kindly take supplements of vitamin D n have adequate sun exposure as vitamin D requires sun exposure to synthesis in body n get vitamin b12 corrected n check ur TSH levels if not done recently...
