Burning sensation on skin

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Last 5 days ago i have pain in ribs..then i go to doctor and he saying its muscle pull..then i applied hot pad 3 times a day in 2 days..add pain killer gel but now when i touch that part burning senstation appear and when clithes touch then burning senstaion also appear and the area of senstaion is right side under rib area
