Burning sensation in urine and penis tip

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Hello! I have burning sensation while passing urine however I have completed 1 couse if antibiotics which did not help hence now with doxy 1 ldr now. Please find the scan done today and advise if I need to worry as the medication is not helping and I was advised for semen culture 48 hrs after completion of antibiotics Attached is the scan report! Are things normal ? No pain while masturbating only in urine
