Having burning sensation in throat chest and stomach often, getting bad after food, taking somprez for the past three days, please suggest can I continue it for a week or I should change the medicines

Yes you can continue that tablet ,along with that u can take Syp.Gaviscon 2tsp thrice a day before food ... If still there is no relief get the endoscopy done to see whethere there is an any ulcer or not. Avoid tea,coffee,spicy and oily food.
